Finally his first goal in the league, Go! keane...

A day in Cardiff

Last Saturday we went to Cardiff to visit Salwa's cousin, Aslin. We took the train and the journey took 40 minutes. When we arrived we were quited baffled by the presence of policemen standing around at the station's lobby. Rupanya a rugby match between South Africa and Wales hari atu jua.

What a cool city. They even have their own Hard Rock Cafe!

This is Aslin.

Cardiff is a big and beautiful city. People are nice and we felt safe in the city. Cardiff is very scenic, with loads of historical sites. This monument is just one example.

This is Cardiff Castle. We didn't go in. We happened to pass by it on the way to Aslin's house.

According to Aslin, there's going to be a fair soon. As you can see a ferris-wheel has alreadybeen erected for the occasion.

This is Bali Restaurant, owned by a Bruneian lady who married a Brit.

We ordered Nasi Lemak and it was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S.

We were lucky to bump into the South African rugby team on their way to the Millenium stadium.

The streets were crowded with supporters. Excitement was in the air!
